We never close! And when you call our emergency number – 1300 877 448 – you will speak directly to a Plumbers Direct team member, not an answering service or a call centre. With plumbers located across Sydney we can have an emergency plumber at your home or business within the hour.

DO PLUMBERS DIRECT OFFER DISCOUNTED RATES?

Absolutely. We have special rates for Seniors Cardholders and for our VIP members. Membership is free and you will automatically receive a 10% discount.

DO WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR WORK CARRIED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER BUSINESS HOURS?

No. Plumbers Direct does not charge extra for the work carried out during after hours and weekend work. It is the same as our normal everyday rate.
